Aki is looking for a dedicated and upbeat Senior Sales Planner to support our sales team with crafting unique strategic responses to client proposal requests within the region. You will develop all pre-sales materials to showcase how Aki’s proprietary solutions will help the client reach their campaign goals. Once a campaign is purchased, you will also aid in receiving/creating creative assets, launching and optimizing the campaign as well as reporting insights.

What You’ll Do:
  • Working closely with our sales team, customize, write and revise proposals in response to RFPs
  • Enter and revise plans in DCM Planning for Agency review when requested
  • Build a deep understanding of pricing and fill out spec sheets
  • Put together custom site lists
  • Analyze data to optimize and build custom reports, discovering actionable insights
  • Pull inventory availability based on team member/RFP requests
  • Brainstorm and request creative executions that meet the RFP target and goals
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in digital advertising planning/sales planning; mobile is a big plus (**please do not apply if you do not have at least some digital or mobile advertising experience)
  • Experience working with CPGs is highly preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balance multiple projects, meet all deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and communications skills
  • Intermediate mathematic abilities and an analytical thinker
  • Experience with DCM, Excel, PPT, Salesforce ideally
  • Team player who is willing to wear many hats
