Aki Technologies seeks a talented and experienced Product/Business leader to drive and evolve our Digital Advertising Solutions portfolio specific to the Connected TV vertical. Having extensive industry-specific experience across business and technical aspects of the CTV ecosystem are essential. Prior experience leading Product and/or Business-lines will serve handily in growing Aki’s footprint in and offering for Advertisers looking to leverage the tremendous growth and impact within CTV.

Serving as the subject matter expert and owner of the existing CTV portfolio, you will analyze and identify opportunities for both incremental and radical innovation, while leading the charge in bringing new products to market. We work in a fast-paced environment and require a self-motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented leader. You will work collaboratively with experts from across our organization in conjunction with customers and partners to launch first-to-market offerings, driving incremental revenue, delighting both customers and end-users in the process. You will support Sales initiatives, collaborate with Product Marketing and be supported by Product and Engineering teams throughout the complete product lifecycle.

What You’ll Do::
  • Serve as the point person and responsible leader in defining, owning, supporting and evolving our CTV product offering and positioning.
  • Be responsible for clearly defining and articulating our unique points of differentiation throughout our organization, to Customers and Partners alike.
  • Remain informed of current and developing CTV and ad technology trends and best practices; translating them into POVs, sharing with engineering, product, and business teams, to help Aki grow its position in the CTV vertical.
  • Advance the strategic focus around the converging video landscape across all forms of TV – Linear, Connected TV/OTT, and Video in general across other channels.
  • Represent the voice of the customer via continuous communication with Sales across both current and prospective clients. You’ll be communicating directly with clients, industry leaders and people who understand challenges in the TV marketing and advertising space.
  • Work directly with Aki Sales leaders and customers to gain a deeper understanding of market opportunities and needs, identifying ways to build or partner with technology companies in realizing new product offerings and revenue streams.
  • Drive the formal Product launch process of new products spanning conception, requirements gathering and documentation, partnerships, integration, pricing, packaging, training, official launch and innovative iteration.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to facilitate collaborative production of Sales enablement, training and technical collateral materials.
  • Produce and deliver presentations conveying our unique differentiation and solution advantages.
  • Plan and deliver ongoing business and technical thought leadership across sales calls, office hours, and production of case studies.
About You
  • Product and/or Business leader – experience positioning and launching digital advertising solutions, specifically in the CTV ecosystem and landscape.
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience – ideally for an adtech or martech company or related technology provider.
  • 2 + years of direct Connected TV/OTT experience and domain knowledge across the planning and buying stages.
  • Deep understanding of advanced TV, data driven linear, and new technologies driving programmatic advertising.
  • Passionate technologist, curious about and obsessed with digital/mobile adverting innovation and user experience.
  • Solid foundational understanding of the technical workings across the digital advertising ecosystem.
  • Team player who can lead and has led cross-functional teams in support of launching new products to market and fostering growth.
  • Demonstrated technical expertise with the ability to convey and communicate this knowledge appropriately to audiences across a broad range of understanding and non-technical backgrounds.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills and influencing ability to articulate our product capabilities to clients, leadership, and internal stakeholders and drive their development, adoption and growth.
  • Passion for and experience in building or growing businesses, partnerships and revenue streams.
  • Experience performing product-oriented quantitative analysis resulting in data-informed recommendations.
