Description:

As the dedicated Product Marketing Manager for Aki’s Retail Marketing Solutions division, you will champion the voice of the customer when leading and overseeing all activities related to the planning and execution of outbound marketing efforts for the Retail Media Solution Division. You will be a marketing resource and producer, responsible for business impact reporting directly to the Head of Product Marketing. You have deep knowledge of ad market and retail media industry trends and can translate these into product strategy elements. In this role, you will serve as a liaison with the Sales team to ensure that the proper language and materials are used when interacting with current and potential customers and to support the “Go To Market” strategies for RMS.

What You’ll Do:
  • Conduct market research through surveys and client interviews
  • Create and manage RMS product marketing materials, packages, and solutions
  • Execute RMS go-to-market plans (build collateral, run paid promotions, manage branding, own lead gen)
  • Drive planning and execution of events, speaking opportunities, awards that support the RMS division.
  • Support the acquisition and onboarding of new retail partners (build an onboarding program and custom success plans for new retailers and their suppliers)
  • Track & analyze product marketing milestones

Requirements:
  • 4+ years product marketing experience with an emphasis on adtech
  • Ability to execute in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Interest in building, launching, and iterating new products and features
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently while communicating and collaborating effectively with a variety of stakeholders
  • Experience working in a data-driven business environment is a plus
  • Exceptional writer and editor; ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
  • Exceptional PPT, Excel, and design skills
  • Interest in the overall retail media landscape, trends, consumption habits, and challenges
  • Excellent communication skills, confidence in building, influencing, and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in Marketing/Advertising
