AdExchanger and AdMonsters have announced the 2022 Top Women in Media and Ad Tech winners. This award recognizes, celebrates, inspires and connects the women who are making an impact in the greater digital media and advertising technology community.

Our very own Director of Client Strategy and Insights, Melody Lin and Head of Product Marketing, Nicole R. Ferrera have been selected as 2022 honorees.

Melody was selected in the category of Data Demystifiers. This award recognizes women with expertise in data science or analytics, using their prowess to inform decision-making, prove out business cases and test new ideas.

Melody is an intellectually curious business insights and strategy professional. She excels at examining the human condition and discovering the core truths that bond us all. Her affinity for helping people find their inner value is what guides her professionally across her many lives as a writer, teacher, consultant, data analyst, consumer insights specialist and now, leader of the Client Strategy and Insights team at Aki Technologies.

At Aki, Melody offers creativity, innovation and thought leadership initiatives to support Aki’s brand and retail partners.

Nicole was selected in the category of Tech Trailblazers. This award recognizes women blazing the trail in media tech and ad tech.

Nicole has a longstanding passion for creating inclusive, equitable experiences through technology. Nicole’s approach to innovation has evolved along with technology, constantly guided by her acute insight and value for the human condition. Her efforts have captured more than 30 awards for pioneering work in the advertising landscape.

As the Head of Product Marketing at Aki, Nicole brings advertising solutions to the market that support seamless interaction between brands and consumers.
