Defining the Mobile Moment
Commuting is part of everyone’s experience; now you can turn that key moment into a high-value engagement opportunity by reaching people at bus and train and gas stations after they’ve left the house but before they arrive at their office.
The Mobile Moment in Action
In the race to entice the on-the-go breakfast eater, a leading QSR approached Aki in search of a way to intercept the masses on their morning commutes.
Traditionally this would be no simple task but today, with Aki’s machine learning algorithms, it’s easy to determine an intender’s morning commute. By examining individual device patterns, Aki is able to determine those moments when people routinely leave their residences and arrive at their daily destination such as an office or school. Couple this with targeting bus stations, train stations, subways, and gas stations and Aki makes it possible to influence a lot of commuters.
And influence Aki did. With performance 3.5x the QSR benchmark—almost double other morning routine moments—this QSR was able to own the morning commute and influence the stomachs of daily transporters.
Did you know?
There are 128.3MM commuters in the U.S and over 3.3MM drive more than 50 miles each way. How could you not stop for a breakfast sandwich with that kind of commute?
